Hospitality around the Prophet's Mosque, growth to the east
Most activity in Madinah serves visitors to the Prophet's Mosque. Hotels concentrate in the Central Area surrounding the mosque, where distances are short and foot traffic at the entrances is heavy. Occupancy rises clearly in Ramadan and in the Hajj and Umrah seasons.
New development is moving to Knowledge Economic City, about 5 km east of the mosque, a project with large hotels, offices and housing. Many visitors reach Madinah through Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport and the Haramain High Speed Railway, which adds transport, warehouse and service activity.
The region also has an industrial city overseen by the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) and tourist destinations such as AlUla, as well as Yanbu, which has its own page. The Ministry of Tourism has revised licensing and classification standards for Hajj accommodation in Makkah and Madinah for the 1448 AH season, so building owners start their arrangements early.

How Madinah is covered from our Riyadh office
The company is based in Al Olaya, Riyadh, and our licence covers the whole of Madinah Region, including Yanbu and AlUla. Your contract is managed from Riyadh, and a field supervisor follows the shifts once service begins.

Yes, your annual contract can include extra guards for Ramadan and the Hajj season, or you can add a separate seasonal contract.

03Are female guards available for Central Area hotels?+
