Security Guards for Worker and Staff Accommodation
Licensed Saudi male and female guards who control your accommodation gates around the clock, log every entry, exit and visitor, and send you daily headcount reports, in cities and remote sites alike.
Your legal obligation as an employer that houses its workers
The amended Article 2 of the executive regulation of the Private Civil Security Guarding Law, published in Umm Al-Qura on 16 May 2025, lists “housing sites for the female workers of human-resources companies” among the facilities that must have private civil guarding around the clock. Because guarding at these sites deals directly with female residents, female guards are a core part of the team.
According to Balady, the National Programme for the Development of Collective Housing for Individuals requires establishments housing 20 or more workers to regularise their accommodation, either by licensing their own building on Balady or by contracting pre-licensed collective-housing units, with violations and the suspension of some government services for those who do not comply. One of the collective-housing types reported by Okaz is an independent building or villa “surrounded by an outer wall with security gates for entry and exit, and guarding”.
In its work-environment requirements for the guarding sector, MHRSD classifies sites under construction and far from urban areas as a separate “remote areas” work environment. Many worker camps at project sites fall into it, which shapes how guards reach the site and how posts are set up.
These duties stay with your establishment or the housing operator. Our part is to give you the male and female guards and the written record that make them easy to meet every day, under SAIS licence 2611000012, Category One, valid to 28 April 2027.
The pressures facing worker accommodation security today
01
Privacy in women’s housing
In female worker housing a guard at the gate is not enough. Dealing with residents, logging visitors and escorting maintenance crews inside the building all call for female guards. Any unauthorised entry into women’s housing quickly becomes a problem for the company’s reputation and for the trust of the workers and their families.
02
Movements that are hard to count
Hundreds of residents leave and return every day on staff buses and at scattered times, along with visitors, suppliers and maintenance crews. Without an accurate log, management cannot tell who is inside at the curfew set in the housing rules, or who left on the bus and who missed it.
03
Fire, overcrowding and evacuation
Collective housing puts large numbers of people in one building, and it must have evacuation plans and residents trained on them. A blocked corridor, a locked emergency exit or unsafe appliance use in a room can turn into an incident within minutes unless a regular patrol finds it first.
04
Disputes and theft between residents
Accommodation brings together people of many nationalities and backgrounds in shared rooms and facilities, so disputes arise and belongings go missing. The guard needs a calm way of de-escalating and a clear procedure for passing the incident to the supervisor and management with a written report.
05
Sites far from the city
Much worker accommodation sits in industrial areas or at project sites far from urban areas. There, getting guards to site, setting up posts for the heat and replacing absent guards quickly become daily challenges that need planning in advance.
Solutions
Guarding solutions mapped to each pressure
Female guards for women’s housing
Saudi female guards, available in all cities including night shifts and around the clock, for female worker housing: access control, logging every visitor and maintenance crew by name, time and purpose, escorting crews inside, and regular inspection rounds. We follow the model in the Ministry of Health security guide for single women’s staff housing, where dealings inside the housing are handled by female security staff.
Gate control and headcount lists
Gate guards log residents in and out against the list you provide, check visitors and issue temporary passes, apply the curfew set in your housing rules, and send you the headcount list daily or every shift.
Staff bus control
Guards record each bus’s departure and return times, its number and the passenger count against the shift list, and report any delay or shortfall to the supervisor, so every morning and evening you know who went to the work site and who stayed behind.
Safety patrols and evacuation support
Regular patrols of corridors, emergency exits, kitchens and shared facilities, logging any blocked exit or unsafe appliance use and reporting it to housing management within the same shift. The team also supports your approved evacuation plan and helps Civil Defense and Red Crescent crews reach the right place quickly. On large sites we provide patrol vehicles and golf carts, and our guards can monitor your camera room.
Dispute handling and incident reports
Guards step in calmly to de-escalate disputes between residents and pass the incident to the shift supervisor and housing management with a written report of the time, place, people involved and action taken. Reports of missing belongings are logged so management can follow them up. We provide guards who speak Arabic and English.
A plan for remote sites
For project-site camps and remote areas, the proposal sets out how guards reach the site, how posts are equipped for working in the heat, and how absences are covered, so your gates stay staffed however far the site is.
How we operate
How we deploy and manage your accommodation team
Site survey and mobilisation
We walk the gates, buildings and shared facilities with your housing manager and agree instructions for each post, the visitor procedure, the curfew and the report format. The start date and handover plan are set out in the proposal, based on the size and location of the accommodation.
A supervisor on every shift
The shift supervisor checks the attendance and standards of male and female guards, covers anything unexpected and speaks directly with your housing manager or HR manager, so you have one clear point of contact on every shift.
Daily logs and a monthly review
A daily log of entries, exits, visitors, buses and patrols, a headcount list at the time you choose, a written report for every incident, and a monthly review with your management on attendance, observations and improvements.
Replacement when a guard is absent
If a guard is absent or on leave, we send a replacement who covers the same post to the same instructions, and posts in women’s housing are always covered by female guards.
Relief guards for breaks
Every plan includes a relief guard, or supervisor cover, during breaks, in line with MHRSD rules that a guard may not work five continuous hours without a break of at least 30 minutes. The gate stays staffed at every moment.
Room to grow with your housing
When resident numbers rise or you open a new building, we add the posts and guards you need to the same contract, under the same supervision. Our Category One licence allows a guard force of up to 1,000 guards.

FAQ
01How is the price for accommodation guarding built?+
Price is built from the number of posts multiplied by the hours of cover and the number of shifts. A 24/7 gate needs several guards rotating on it, plus cover for breaks and leave. Supervisor, female-guard posts and remote-site arrangements are then added where needed. Every line is shown in the proposal so you can compare like for like.
02Must HR-company female worker housing have 24/7 guarding?+
Yes. Article 2 of the executive regulation of the Private Civil Security Guarding Law, as amended in May 2025, lists housing sites for the female workers of HR companies among the facilities that must have guarding around the clock.
03Do you provide female guards for women’s housing?+
Yes. Saudi female guards are available in all cities, including night shifts and around the clock. They handle access control, the visitor and maintenance logs and inspection rounds inside the housing, and one contract can combine female guards on internal posts with male guards on the outer gate.
04How does the collective-housing programme relate to guarding?+
According to Balady, establishments housing 20 or more workers must regularise their accommodation, either by licensing their building or by contracting licensed collective-housing units. One published collective-housing type is a walled building with security gates and guarding. We provide the guarding those gates need, with a documented record.
05Can you send headcount and curfew reports?+
Yes. Gate guards log entries and exits against the resident list you provide, and we send you the headcount list daily or every shift, with a note of anyone late for the curfew set in your housing rules.
06Do you work at remote project-site camps?+
Yes. We cover all 13 regions, and the proposal sets out guard transport, post set-up and absence cover for sites far from the city, in line with the work-environment requirements for remote areas.
07What contract terms are available?+
Monthly or annual contracts. For project-site camps the contract can follow the project duration, and a seasonal contract can be added when you need extra cover for a set period.
08How do we switch from our current provider without a gap in cover?+
We confirm the end date of your current contract, survey the accommodation and prepare post instructions and the team before that date, then take over the gate logs and resident lists so our guards start the very next day.
09Do your guards count toward our Saudisation?+
Saudi guards contracted through a guarding company can count toward your Nitaqat ratio under the programme’s conditions; we explain this in the proposal.
10Are your guards Saudi?+
Yes. 100% of our male and female guards are Saudi, as the Private Civil Security Guarding Law requires of all staff at guarding companies.
11How fast do you respond to a quote request?+
We contact you within 15 minutes of receiving your request to understand what you need, then arrange the site survey and send a detailed proposal. Our office is in Al Olaya, Riyadh.
