Mobilisation
We survey the site, confirm the guard posts and shifts, and write instructions for each post. The start date and handover plan are set out in the proposal, based on the size of the site and your timeline.
How we run a guarding contract at your facility: mobilisation, supervision, reporting and replacement cover. The details for your site are set in the contract.
We survey the site, confirm the guard posts and shifts, and write instructions for each post. The start date and handover plan are set out in the proposal, based on the size of the site and your timeline.
A security supervisor checks attendance and conduct at the guard posts, handles anything unexpected and speaks directly with your facility management. Supervision is set in the contract according to the size of the site.
A daily log of visitors, patrols and occurrences according to each post’s duties, a written report for each incident, and a monthly review with your facility management.
If a guard is absent or on leave, we send a replacement who covers the same post to the same instructions, night shift included.
The plan includes a relief guard, or supervisor cover, during guards’ breaks, in line with MHRSD work-environment requirements for the guarding sector.
Patrol vehicles and golf carts are available for large sites, compounds and yards. We agree the patrol route and schedule with you before the start.
If your facility has a camera room and cameras in place, our guards can monitor them on shift, link what they see on screen to the patrols on the ground, and pass any observation to the supervisor and your facility management.
